Refund policy

Change of Mind & Exchanges: We do not refund or exchanges for a change of mind, lack of expertise in product use, or differences in personal opinion. We also do not exchange products due to a change of mind or customer error. Returns for a refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error, or significantly differs from the description supplied by SLICKHAIR. We encourage you to carefully select your products when purchasing.

Differing Results: At SLICKHAIR we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products. We understand that hair types vary from person to person, and as a result, individual results may differ. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same outcome for every customer, and we do not offer refunds for these reasons.

Retail Purchases: We can only offer refunds for purchases made directly through slickhaircompany.com. If you purchased our product(s) from one of our retail partners or stockists, the refund must be processed directly by the retailer.

Faulty Products: If you believe your product is faulty, please email our customer service department and include as many details as possible about the order and the issue with the goods. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. All enquiries regarding faulty products will be investigated by our Customer Service team and you will be contacted regarding the solution. Please email hi@slickhaircompany.com to raise an issue.

Promotions: No credit will be given for order price differences due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Incorrect Items: If the item(s) received do not match your order, please raise an enquiry through our Customer Service email: hi@slickhaircompany.com. Attempting to use the incorrect item will be considered acceptance of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Shipping Issues: We always endeavour to process orders promptly, but note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors like product availability, destination, and chosen shipping method. Accurate shipping details are crucial. We're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please verify your information before confirming the order. We partner with trusted shipping providers for safe delivery, but occasional delays beyond our control (e.g. due to weather or transportation disruptions) may occur. If your order experiences significant delays or appears lost, please contact the shipping company to lodge an enquiry. Please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse facility, the order is now the responsibility of the shipping company, and no longer SLICKHAIR.

Order Not Collected: If you are not home to receive your order, then it will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you will have a period of time to collect it. If you do not collect your order in time, then it will be returned to sender. If this happens, you will need to repay shipping and handling fees in order for your order to be resent to you. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.
