STANDARD SHIPPING (2-7 business days, 10 business days WA)
It's $10 for orders under $80 AUD, or we offer FREE shipping on orders over $80 AUD. Which is a great excuse to add that other product you've been thinking about.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (1–4 business days)
Express Shipping takes a very speedy 1–4 business days.
It's $15 for orders under $80 AUD, or we offer FREE shipping for orders over $80 AUD.
NEW ZEALAND:
Standard International Shipping can take up to 14 business days.
It's $17 AUD for orders under $120 AUD, or we offer FREE shipping for orders over $120 AUD.
ASIA:
We currently ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, which means delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Australia Post Standard International Shipping can take 6-14 business days.

Requests for change of address must be made directly with SLICKHAIR via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped. We will do our best to action this request prior to your item being shipped but can not guarantee the change. If you have any questions, please email our customer care team here.
SLICKHAIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

You will receive a handy little confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't see it, it could be in your Spam folder. If you still can't see it, reach out to us here.

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to be shipped, which will include a link to track your order.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. This can be done through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at hi@slickhaircompany.com.
We can assist in updating your address before your order ships, however once it's in transit, it's unfortunately no longer possible for us to update your details.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to modify the items in it. If you need to make changes, your order will need to be cancelled and a new one placed with the correct items.
Order cancellations can only be processed by our Customer Service team during business hours, and only within the first two hours after purchase.
If your order was placed outside of business hours, or more than two hours ago, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.

Order Issues.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If your tracking shows delays, your order appears lost, or for any other shipping related enquiries, such as no tracking number available, contact our customer support at hi@slickhair.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders can only be cancelled within two hours of being placed, and cancellations must be processed by our Customer Service team during business hours.
If your order was placed outside of business hours, or more than two hours ago, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and include your order number. Once we’ve received your request during business hours, we’ll confirm your cancellation and issue a refund.

Incorrect Products: Oh no! If your order’s not quite right, send us a message as soon as you can, and we’ll send the correct products immediately. They'll be on their way before you can say “slick bun.” Or before we've finished saying we're really, really, really sorry.
Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Service team immediately with details of the issue. It will help us fix things up quickly if you can provide photos of the damaged products and the batch number.

If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your parcel, don’t stress! Sometimes orders are delivered to a neighbouring address by mistake, or the courier marks it as delivered a little early.
Start by checking around your property and with neighbours, and if you still can’t locate it, contact Australia Post or the shipping company directly with your tracking number. They’ll have the most up-to-date delivery details.
If you’re still unable to locate your order after that, get in touch with our Customer Service team and include your order number so we can investigate further for you.
Returns & Refunds.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, customer error, lack of expertise in product use, or personal preference and opinion. Returns for a refund are only accepted if the product is faulty, received in error, or significantly different from its description on the SLICKHAIR website.

Unfortunately, delivery costs are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or faulty.

If you bought your SLICKHAIR product from a third party retailer, it’s best to reach out to them first for help with a return or exchange. If they can’t sort it out, get in touch with our Customer Service team and we’ll do our best to help.
Just a heads-up: if your order wasn’t placed directly through slickhair.com, we will not be able to issue a refund.
